Can you automate WhatsApp follow-ups in Malaysia?
Yes, through the official WhatsApp Business API. Template messages have to be approved by Meta and there is a per-conversation charge, so we design the flow around what is actually permitted rather than around what an unofficial tool can be made to do.
Will automation work with the software we already have?
