Web Applications

A web application replaces the spreadsheets and WhatsApp threads your team currently runs on. We build CRM, inventory, POS, quotation and approval systems for Malaysian SMEs — one place where orders, stock and customers live, with the permissions and reports an owner actually needs. It runs in a browser, on any device.

When spreadsheets and WhatsApp threads stop being enough, we build proper systems — CRM, inventory, POS, and custom business apps that save your team hours every day.

Ready to Get Started?

Tell us how your business runs today and we will tell you what web applications would actually involve — scope, rough cost, and whether a grant could offset part of it.

Who This Is For

  • Teams where the real system is a shared spreadsheet only one person understands
  • Businesses re-keying the same order into three places
  • Owners who cannot see today's sales or stock without asking someone
  • F&B and retail outlets that need a POS, a kitchen screen and an HQ view that agree

What You End Up With

  • One system holding orders, stock, customers and approvals
  • Role-based access, so staff see what they need and nothing else
  • Reports you can open yourself instead of requesting an export
  • A base that can carry e-Invoice submission when you need it

What We Build It With

  • React
  • TypeScript
  • Node.js
  • Python / FastAPI
  • PostgreSQL
  • MySQL
  • Redux
  • Material UI

Frequently asked questions

Should I buy off-the-shelf software or build a custom system?

Buy first if something fits. Off-the-shelf is cheaper and supported by someone else. Building makes sense when your process is genuinely specific, when the products that fit are priced per seat beyond what an SME can carry, or when you need several systems to talk to each other. We will say so if we think you should buy.

Can you build a POS system for a restaurant or retail shop?

Yes. We rolled out the Zutt POS at DEN Culinary — a table-based cashier app with quick menu ordering, a live order summary, receipt printing, WhatsApp receipts and loyalty-QR capture, backed by a kitchen display and an HQ dashboard. See the DEN Culinary POS case study.

Can the system connect to my accounting software?

Usually, yes. Most Malaysian accounting packages expose an API or a supported import format. We check what your specific version allows during discovery rather than promising it upfront.

What happens to the data already in my spreadsheets?

We migrate it. Cleaning the existing data is normally the longest part of that step, and it is worth doing properly once rather than carrying the mess into the new system.

Who maintains it after launch?

We do, over WhatsApp. You also get the code, the accounts and the documentation, so you are never dependent on us to keep running.
